MARQUETTE, Mich. — The inaugural Dome Dash 5K will be sponsored by Downtown Eye Care, UPPCO, Waste Management of Marquette, Queen City Running Company, Radio Results Network and PureBody Fitness Studio.
"We're very thankful to our team of sponsors," said head cross country and track & field coach Jenny Ryan. "Without them, this race wouldn't be possible. We appreciate their support, and we hope to see the Marquette running community come out to the Superior Dome on February 19."
One of the only 5Ks happening in the Upper Peninsula during the month of February, this event will give runners and walkers of all ages the unique opportunity to race inside of the world's largest wooden dome during its 25th anniversary. All proceeds benefit the Wildcat cross country and track & field teams.
