Before NMU: Spent two full seasons in the USHL, skating for the Waterloo Black Hawks in 2014-15 and the Madison Capitols in 2015-16 ... In 120 games, totaled 43 points (11g-32a) ... Played for Duluth East High School for four seasons (2010-2014), helping the Greyhounds reach the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament each year ... Was one of 10 finalists for the 2014 Mr. Hockey award after leading Duluth East in scoring with 38 points (17g-21a) in 25 regular season games ...
