2012-13: Earned second letter. Placed 25th in the classic race (16:43.7) at the NCAA Championships, and finished seventh in the freestyle (39:36.9) to earn All-American status. Opened season with a third place finish in the 5k classic and won the 10km freestyle at the Wildcat Open (Dec. 1-2). Placed third in the 10k freestyle at the St. Scholastica Christmas Classic (Dec. 15). At the U.S. Nationals (Jan. 2-6), finished 96th overall in the 1.3k classic sprint (35th in age division), led the NMU women in the 10k freestyle, finishing 30th overall (12th in age division and 10th in the 20k classic. Placed 20th in the 15k classic at the SuperTour. Finished 10th in the 5.8k classic and won the 15.7 freestyle at the Saints Invitational (Jan. 26-27). In the first round of the CCSA Championships (Feb. 2-3), finished 10th in the freestyle sprint and a part of the 3x5k relay team placing first. At the CCSA Championships (Feb. 16-17), placed ninth in the 5k classic and second in the 15k freestyle. Placed fourth in the 5k classic and second in the 10k freestyle at the NCAA Regional. All-CCSA first team selection. CCSA female regional skier of the year. Named team’s most valuable player.

2011-12:  Lettered for the first time. CCSA first team selection. Finished ninth in both the freestyle and the classic at the USSA Opener at Michigan Tech. Placed 34th in the 20k classic at Black Mountain. Took sixth at the Hilltop Invitational in the 1.5k classic sprints. At the CCSA Championship, finished second in the 15k classic with a time of 58:41.6.

2010-11:  Redshirted.

2009-10:  Finished 11th in the OJ 5k freestyle at the Mayor’s Challenge in Minneapolis, Minn. with a time of 15:06. Placed 38th in the 5k classic at the CCSA Championship.  Finished 38th in the 10k freestyle at the Telemark Super Tour and 36th in the 5K classic with a time of 19:29.

High School:  Skied, played volleyball and ran cross country and track at Southwest High School. All-state sophomore, junior and senior years. Competed at 2009 Junior Olympics. Was captain of cross country team junior year and captain of ski team junior and senior years.

Personal:  Likes dance, roller-skating, baking, photography and traveling. Majoring in political science. Daughter of Susan and Timm Frankowski. Born on July 30, 1991.
