
STEVENS POINT, Wis. – Northern Michigan University Women's Swim & Dive won 15 events to defeat University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point 212-85.

RELAY WINS |
The meet opened and closed with NMU relays getting victory. In the first race of the day, senior Regan Kilburn (Muscatine, Iowa), senior Becca Arakelian (Livonia, Mich./Livonia Stevenson), sophomore Gabriella Spajic (Sydney, Australia / De La Salle Catholic College Cronulla) and sophomore Margaret Vaitkus (Munster, Ind.) clocked in at 1:50.16 to win the 200-yard Medley Relay.
The Wildcats finished the meet by winning the 400-yard Freestyle Relay in a time of 3:42.77. Freshman Mallory Irelan (Owosso, Mich.), freshman Emma Love (Louisville, Ky./Floyd Central), freshman Lucy Londergon (Minooka, Ill.) and Vaitkus made up the winning team.

GETTING THREE |
Spajic also came away with three individual victories in addition to helping the 200-yard Medley Relay. She took the 200-yard freestyle in 1:57.69 then took the 100-yard Butterfly by touching in 59.29. The sophomore finished her meet with a winning time of 4:34.83 to win the 400-yard Individual Medley.

WINNING TWO |
Both Kilburn and freshman Mary Grossman (Goshen, Ind. / Northridge) came away with two individual wins for the Wildcats.
Kilburn took victory in two freestyle races. She won the 50-yard Freestyle in 25.54 and then won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 55.16.
Grossman swept the diving events. The freshman posted a score of 278.50 in the 1-Meter Dive. She followed it with a score of 287.55 to claim the 3-Meter Dive.

INDIVIDUAL FIRSTS |
Londergon captured the 100-yard Breaststroke in a time of 1:11.17 while Arakelian reached the wall in 2:14.54 to win the 200-yard Backstroke.
Freshman Briana Arnold (Black Creek, Wis./Appleton North) claimed the 100-yard Backstroke, 1:00.80 while senior Emily Bell (London, England/Mill Hill), 2:13.18, won the 200-yard Butterfly.
Senior Sara Foucault (Whitewater, Wis.) won the 2:35.38 won the 200-yard Breaststroke. Sophomore Katharina Springhetti (Tramin, Italy/WFO Auer) rounded out the individual victories with a 5:15.42 victory in the 500-yard Freestyle.

QUALIFYING DIVES |
In the 1-Meter Dive, the Wildcats also saw two post qualifying scores for the NCAA Prequalifying Meet. Junior Jamie Kimble (Prior Lake, Minn.) took second place in the event and posted a score of 273.80. Senior Angela Probstfeld (White Lake, Mich./Lakeland) took third and scored 271.70 to qualify.
