2017-18

Cross Country - Scored for the Wildcats at the Bay College Invitational by finishing in 21:05 (5k). Her fastest 5k of the year was a 20:53 run at the UW-Parkside Vic Godfrey Open. After a 28:04.7 (6k) at the MSU Spartan Invitational, Lonergan took over thirty seconds off of her time by running a 27:34.2 (6k) at the Roy Griak Invitational. Improving that time by over one minute, Lonergan finished the Lewis Conference Crossover in 26:22.4 (6k). Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Indoor – Appeared in four different meets during the indoor season. Competed in both the 800-meters and mile on two occasions. Recorded a season-best time in the 800-meters of 2:30.35 at the GVSU Big Meet and a season-best in the mile of 5:39.67 at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invite. Also competed once in the 3,000-meters, finishing in 11:56.72. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Outdoor – Made five appearances in the 800-meters during the outdoor season with a top performance of 2:26.04 at the GLIAC Championships. Earned a pair of top-10 finishes in the event at the St. Norbert Twilight and the Golden Grizzly Invite. Competed twice in the 1,500-meters, earning a top time of 5:13.22 at the Spartan Invite. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2016-17

Cross Country - Clocked a season-best 6K time of 24:10.4 to take 12th at the U.P. Championships on Oct. 14. Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Indoor -  Began the year with her best finishes, placing third in the 800-meters and fourth in the mile at the Northern Challenge. Finished 17th in the mile at the GLIAC Championships. 

Outdoor -  Started the outdoor campaign with a victory with the 4x800-meter relay team at the Viking Olympics. Placed 16th in the preliminaries of the 1,500-meters at the GLIAC Championships. 

2015-16

Cross Country - Finished sixth at the U.P. Championships with a 4K time of 14:56.0. Placed third at the Chris Yanni Memorial Invitational after clocking a 5K time of 19:09.16. Cracked the top 50 at the Roy Griak Invitational, taking 47th with a time of 24:29.8. Represented Northern Michigan at the GLIAC Championships (32nd, 23:22.6), NCAA Midwestern Regional (84th, 23:03.810) and NCAA National Championships (164th, 22:49.90).

Indoor - Ran her season best mile (5:27.03) and 3,000-meter (11:24.91) at the Doug Hansen Open. Placed 8th in the 800-meter at the Lake Supeior Challenge with a time of 2:30.34. Won the distance medley relay at the Northern Challenge (12:38.11). Came in 7th place at the GLIAC Championships in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:29.66.

Outdoor - Ran her fastest 1,500-meter run at the Border Battle and finished 7th (4:52.98). Placed 5th in the 800-meter run at the Rex Foster Invite where she clocked in with her season-best time of 2:31.62. Competed in the 4X400-meter relay at the Rex Foster Invite and finished in 4th (4:13.29).

Before NMU: In cross country and track and field, served as team captain for two seasons. Earned all-region, all-conference and all-state honors. Broke school records in the 5K, 1,600-meter run and 4x400 relay.
